Forever Fit by Jole is tailored to meet the needs of any individual looking to move their body in all planes of movement in one workout. As a Full-time Rehabilitation Professional and Certified Stott Pilates Instructor, I have had the opportunity to work with many bodies over the past 15yrs. Whether we are looking to achieve or maintain joint mobility and muscle strengthening around the body joints, it is a standard for healthy body maintenance. My exercises can be modified to fit the Beginner level to Advanced level client. I love to use small equipment such as: balls, bands, fitness circle, foam rollers etc.. These help to stimulate the body and wake up the body's proprioceptors. Bringing awareness of where our body is in space. In addition by adding small equipment it encourages one to gain lacking mobility, strength with resistance, challenge and stability during the exercise. I am excited to share my classes with you and hope you will join and feel the new gains within your body.
